We espouse the virtues of efficiency and adherence to the rule of law; there have to be "checks and balances" in the systems to ensure accountability and efficiency is maintained at all levels.

The monitoring and evaluating systems that exist in the Ministry provides spot checks on all work executed by all individuals. Work assessment conducted at intervals determines whether effective outputs and efficient delivery is achieved.

Customer satisfaction is always the Ministry's main stake, as we are in the business of people and satisfying our vision (safety, security and prosperity for all) is our ultimate goal.
